Frequently asked questions

What's the turnaround time for the Photos to be done?

Turn around times varies depending on the package you selected. I typically try to get unedited photos out as soon as the session has been completed. If you would like a same day, you can select rush at the time of booking.

What is my deposit for?

Your deposit secures your session date and time and covers the preparation that goes into your booking, including planning, studio time allocation, and creative direction. Because this time is reserved exclusively for you and cannot be rebooked on short notice, all deposits are non-refundable and are applied toward your total session cost.


What if I don't like the way my pictures turned out?

I understand that not every image will feel perfect to everyone, and I truly want you to love your final results. Please note that all deposits are non-refundable, as they secure your session time and preparation. However, I do offer both a retake option and a re-edit option to help better align the images with your vision. If neither of those solutions feels right, we can absolutely discuss additional options to find the best possible resolution.
